If you find anything you buy to be unsuitable, for example it doesn’t fit or suit you, or you just don’t like it when you see it in the flesh. No problem – just drop us an email to advise us, and then return the goods to us in the manufacturer’s original packaging and in original unused condition within 14 days of receipt, complete with any paperwork such as guarantee etc. We’ll refund your purchase price and any outward postage paid .
Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods, and for their safe-keeping until received by us. We strongly recommend obtaining a Certificate of posting – this is free on request when posting at a Post Office. This covers you for any claim against Royal Mail if the item is lost or damaged in transit.
Overseas customers returning goods should use a trackable method in case it is necessary to claim for loss or damage.
We’re pretty careful, and mistakes are rare; but in the case of faulty or incorrect goods being sent out to you, we’ll also cover your return postage back to us.
